This three bedroom fully carpeted single storey brick home with carport under the main roof is only seven houses from the beach and shops. A mere 200 metres away (just a 2 minute dawdle!) to the bay beach and the Blairgowrie shops, the house includes:-

The house is at the end of a court and there is no passing traffic. The back yard is fully fenced and dogs are acceptable, but inside they must be restricted to tiled floors. As most of the house is carpeted, this limits them to the laundry and kitchen. They can sleep outside or in the laundry if the kitchen and passage doors are shut at night.
